Read Me First - Program Manager Publications

There are 4 fictitious students to choose from. Assign your prospective tutor one of the students below that most closely matches the student they might be assigned-or most closely matches the students on your waiting list.

1. Dominic is a low-level male literacy student.
2. Nicolas is a high-level read/write male from Europe.
3. Florencia is a low-level ESL female student from South America.
4. LaVonne is a mid-level female literacy student.

Each of these fictitious students has two Evaluation Kits-one for the tutor, and one for the program:

1. The Tutor Evaulation Kit is given to the prospective tutor to complete prior to meeting with a program representative. This file is labeled with the student's name, such as Dominic, and the word tutor. For example, the file for the tutor evaluation kit for Dominic is labeled DominicTutor.
2. The Program Evaluation Kit provides the program representative with possible answers and ideas. Please be sure to read the introduction in the front of this kit for very important information. This file is labeled with the student's name, such as Dominic, and the word program. For example, the file for the program evaluation kit for Dominic is labeled DominicProgram.

Each kit has 2 files:

1. The Evaluation Kit.
2. The title page. During our tests to download the kit, we occasionally experienced a problem with the title pages. So to insure they won't give anyone a hard time, we have included them as separate files. These file labels include the word title. For example, the file for the title page for the program evaluation kit for Dominic is labeled DominicProgramTitle.
