Your program receives one year of support when you purchase the first kit. A support package for subsequent years is available for $99.99.

The Custom Support Package gives your tutors and staff access to a variety of features. It is designed to provide multiple levels of cost-effective support. The Custom Support Package features:

Online Support for Students, Tutors, Managers, Trainers, and Staff

Programs subscribing to the GreatStart5 Support Package are assigned a personal username and password. This enables anyone in your program to access special support features on our Web site, EvelynRenner.com for a year. Use your password to access support for Tutors, Students and Program Staff.

You determine who receives support by providing them with your password and username.

Tutor Support in Tutor Central

Tutor Support includes:

1. Phone and email support.

2. Resource materials online in Tutor Central and Student Central.

3. GreatStart5® Voyagers newsletter.

4. Online support through Tutor Central containing materials for the tutor training workshop, and resource/reference materials.

Program Manager/Trainer Support includes:

1. Phone and email support for staff, program managers and trainers.

2. Resource materials for trainers and program managers online in Program Manager/Trainer Central. All materials can be reproduced by your program an unlimited number of times for use within your program. This includes the Tutor Training Manual. This does not include the video, however.

3. Materials for professional development and post-training tutor evaluation.

4. Access to materials and resources for virtually all the intake and support activities in your program.

5. GreatStart5® Tooter Newsletter for program managers and trainers. Email support.

6. Access to new GreatStart5® publications at no charge.

7. Access to updated/upgraded publication online at no charge.

8. Online support through Trainer Central containing resources for in-services, professional development, and lots more.

9. Replacement videos for $25.00 if one is lost or damaged.

10. Online support through Program Manager Central for materials to manage your program.

11. Free program management workshops and phone consultations/meetings.

12. Emails are sent to inform program staff of new materials and revisions available online.

13. Revisions or corrections for our publications are available in this area, along with materials created at the request of our programs, such as sample student and tutor contracts, and a narrative to approach a tutor who is problematic.

The first year of technical support is included in the price of the kit. You can subscribe for an additional year of technical support for $99.99 a year. The subscription will give your program continued access to the Web site, updated and new publications, phone and email support.
